We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.95.
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days. Available at checkout for $12.95.
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to love your Eclipse products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window: 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Products must be unopened or gently used (less than 20% of the product used).
Process: Contact us at hello@eclipsecosmetics.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Credits appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong shade? We offer free shade exchanges within 30 days. Contact us and we'll ship your new shade before you even return the original.
We recommend using our Shade Finder before purchasing to minimize the need for exchanges.
